Began with a simple idea, food should comfort, nourish, and bring people together. Inspired by a 102-year-old family recipe, we bring traditional Caribbean nourishment into modern Canadian life.

Founded in 2025 by Camron Senior in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Seniors Farm carries a tradition passed down from his great-grandmother in rural Jamaica, simple ingredients prepared with care.

Seniors Farm was built on legacy.
Our flagship green banana porridge is inspired by my great-grandmother, Grandma Dina, born May 2, 1910, in rural Jamaica. She was the heart of our family, a strong woman who raised generations with patience, discipline, and love. She believed food was never just food.
Food was comfort. Food was strength. Food was care.
Her kitchen was always open.
No one left hungry.
There was always a pot on the fire and always room at the table for one more.
She lived to 102 years old, and even in her later years she kept her routines, simple meals, natural ingredients, and a belief that the body thrives on honest nourishment. Her recipes weren’t written down in books; they were taught by hand, shared bowl by bowl, morning after morning.
Founder Camron Senior was raised by his great-grandmother in Jamaica, where breakfast wasn’t rushed, it was grounding. A warm bowl meant you were prepared for the day ahead.
When he later moved to Canada, he carried those traditions with him. In a fast-paced world filled with processed foods, he realized something important had been lost: food made with intention.
Seniors Farm was created to bring that feeling back.
Today, Seniors Farm connects heritage cooking with modern convenience, preserving Caribbean food traditions while making them accessible for everyday Canadian life. Each product is rooted in the same idea Grandma Dina lived by:
simple ingredients, prepared with care, can nourish both body and community.
This isn’t just breakfast.
It’s heritage.
It’s comfort.
It’s family, shared one bowl at a time.

At Seniors Farm, we believe great food starts with simple, honest ingredients and a strong local foundation.
Our products are proudly made and processed in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We source our green bananas through trusted local retailers and suppliers within the community, ensuring consistent quality while supporting the local food economy.
From there, everything is done in-house. We carefully peel, dry, and mill the bananas into fine green banana flour, then blend it with natural spices to create our signature porridge mix. Every step, from raw ingredient to finished product, is handled right here in Thunder Bay.
This hands-on process allows us to maintain full control over quality, freshness, and food safety, while creating jobs and contributing to the local economy.
By combining locally sourced ingredients with traditional Jamaican recipes, Seniors Farm brings together the best of both worlds, Caribbean heritage and Ontario-made quality. Isn’t just breakfast.
It’s heritage.
It’s comfort.
It’s Grandma Dina.
