Seniors Farm Ltd. is a Thunder Bay food company producing Dina’s Green Banana Porridge for retail and foodservice customers.

The dry porridge mix is made with oats, green banana flour, coconut, spices, salt, and ground flaxseed. It is prepared on the stovetop with milk and can be served on its own or customized by the kitchen.

Product Overview

Dina’s Green Banana Porridge is a dry breakfast porridge mix created for straightforward preparation.

To prepare, combine the mix with cold milk and cook over medium heat for approximately 8–12 minutes, stirring regularly. The amount of liquid may be adjusted to achieve the preferred consistency.

Foodservice Experience

Dina’s Green Banana Porridge was introduced to residents at Pioneer Ridge Long-Term Care in Thunder Bay through a product tasting.

Following the tasting, the porridge was added to the menu in June 2026 and has been served to residents since that time.
